West Angeles Plaza

Los Angeles, California
A Project for CIM Group

West Angels Plaza has been a part of the vision by the surrounding community for the last 10 years. The project is part of the Federal Stimulus program, for the revitalization of neighborhoods. The 23,000 sq. ft. project anchors this major intersection in the district with iconic towers that light up as beacons at night. The project also encompasses the restoration and adaptive reuse of the historic 1950’s bank building and the first Japanese American bank in this district. The project is anchored by Union Bank and Fresh Market grocers.
