A Project for MHI Holdings, Inc.

Comprised of three distinct retail buildings and three “pads,” the Irwindale Commerce Center is designed to provide a range of service uses for the area’s burgeoning daytime workforce. Tenanting for the project was driven by food and service providers catering to the local office and manufacturing population. The design of the buildings reflects the historic mission style architecture of the city, while the layout of the plan promotes ease of access and maximized visibility for the tenants.
