Designed in accordance with the West Village Specific Plan, The West Village is a mixed use development located at the foot of Lady-face Mountain south of the Ventura Freeway. The project features 107 housing units and approximately 62,000 sf of retail in its first phase. Housing is distributed in a wide variety of two bedroom, three bedroom, townhouse and urban loft configurations, appealing to a broad base of home buyers. Retail is targeted to upscale boutique and restaurant tenants that compliment the surrounding commercial development. Subterranean parking allows for modern conveniences with an old world pedestrian scale. The preservation of a riparian creek bed, bounded by oaks and willows, enhances a range of urban and natural amenities right at one’s front door.
