Tyler Gateway

Riverside, Caifornia
A Project For The Festival Companies

The proposed project is part of the Tyler Mall shopping district of The City of Riverside and is meant to occupy portions of the parking field in front of Target and Kohl’s. The project consists of the redevelopment of an existing 15,000 sqft building into national retail tenants and the construction of a 10,000 sqft multi restaurant building. The design of the project is intended for lots of outdoor dining under shade trellises and use of updated materials and textures with deep wood tones and steel and glass reflections.
