With its building completed in early 2009, the Ashe Road Place master plan has begun to take form. Proposed as a commercial “campus” with retail, office, and research & development components, the 8.6 acre, 84,000 square foot master plan incorporates a variety of potential users ranging from 4,000 square foot medical pads to three-story 60,000 square foot office towers.

With its building completed in early 2009, the Ashe Road Place master plan has begun to take form. Proposed as a commercial “campus” with retail, office, and research & development components, the 8.6 acre, 84,000 square foot master plan incorporates a variety of potential users ranging from 4,000 square foot medical pads to three-story 60,000 square foot office towers. The unique design palette for the development includes bright red accent blocks, continuous eyebrow canopies, metal deck infill panels, and “gold” mullions.  The asymmetrical massing of the individual buildings is designed to present a dynamic and constantly changing profile as the project is viewed from Ashe Road. Despite the variety of footprints and variations in height, individual buildings are unified by common design details and materials.
