The revitalization of the Beverly Connection encompasses the addition of two residential towers and integrating assisted care living, along with market-rate housing.

Located in the heart of the Los Angeles premier shopping district and across the street from the Beverly Center, the existing shopping center is made up of four, two-story retail structures surrounding a four-story parking garage. The revitalization of the Beverly Connection encompasses the addition of two residential towers and integrating assisted care living, along with market-rate housing. A total of 42 market-rate units and 182 assisted care units, with integrated underground parking, will flank both the north and south ends of the site. The project also envisions the addition of 60,000 sf of new retail, and the complete renovation of all the existing structures. Renovated courtyards and new plazas will adorn this urban site and connect the street front with the mixed-use core of the site. Design by Gensler Architecture.
