Designed in accordance with the West Village Specific Plan, The West Village is a mixed-use development located at the foot of Lady-face Mountain south of the Ventura Freeway. The project features 107 housing units and approximately 62,000 sf of retail in its first phase. Housing is distributed in a wide variety of two bedrooms, three-bedroom, townhouse, and urban loft configurations, appealing to a broad base of home buyers.
