Victoria Gateway Center is located at the northwest corner of Foothill Boulevard and Day Creek Boulevard on approximately 11.37 acres. The ±110,000 square foot project provides a mix of large format retail, shops, financial, and restaurant uses. Key tenants include REI, Circuit City, Beverages & More! and Johnny Carino’s. The architectural massing, detailing, and selection of materials incorporated in the buildings have been designed to evoke and reference elements of winery architecture. Building volumes are defined by simple wall surfaces and punctuated by small recesses. Gabled and hipped roof elements cap entries and corners. Projecting trellises and awnings provide shaded areas during the summer heat. Rockwork base and pilaster elements anchor the buildings to the site. Gables and hips of standing seam metal roofing with extended eaves reference the rural-utilitarian character of winery architecture.
