MMA has been retained to redesign the existing 330,000 sqft shopping center located at the SEC of Imperial & Crenshaw in Inglewood. The project entails the demolition of certain portions of the center and the addition of new buildings and pads along with the redesign of the entire parking field.

This previously shuttered Honda Dealership has been revitalized into a new retail and restaurant development. The building fronting Whittier Boulevard was the original showroom of the dealership, it has been completely transformed into a modern Craftsman style structure with additions of towers, trellises, extensive outdoor patios, and massive Craftsman style columns and oversized girders and lintels.

For City National Bank relocation building, MMA was selected as the Executive Architect to take the project from the concept design provided by Johnson Fain to its completion through the working drawings and constructability of the building. This 3,500 sqft building was designed to be the first drive-through branch building that would be the model to construct in pad locations.
