Encompassing a total site area of over 115.75 Acres, the Oasis Center has been master-planned to accommodate the entire range of retailing needs and formats. The project includes large footprint discount tenants, a community-oriented market /drug center, and an open-air “Lifestyle Center.” The Oasis Center was conceived as a hybrid layout, incorporating a conventional department store anchored “dumb bell” plan with the storefront appeal of a traditional small-town main street.
