New 5 story 178 room Hawthorn Suites, an extended stay type hotel, by Wyndham to be built in two phases in the City of Duarte, CA. The first phase to be a 5 story 72 room over a basement garage and the second phase will be 5 stories 106 room hotel over two levels of garage parking connected to phase 1. This will be built on approximately 1 3/4 acres of land. Amenities will include a swimming pool, gym, guest laundry room, large meeting rooms and restaurant.

The Olivo Shopping Center located in the Mission Hills district in the City of Los Angeles was originally constructed in the 1950s, the center has received many updates and alterations over the years, most recent renovation in 1980. The redevelopment of the shopping center will include the demolition of 50,000sqft of obsolete buildings and construction of 75,000sqft of new buildings.

MMA has been retained to redesign the existing 330,000 sqft shopping center located at the SEC of Imperial & Crenshaw in Inglewood. The project entails the demolition of certain portions of the center and the addition of new buildings and pads along with the redesign of the entire parking field.

The project completed in 2016 is part of a major redevelopment area at the western edge of the City of El Monte, and a key component of the new downtown core that will tie the Valley Mall with new high-density housing developments. The 9-acre site will house over 112,000 sqft of retail development for the national market, apparel, restaurant, and shop tenants.
