MMA has been retained to redesign the existing 330,000 sqft shopping center located at the SEC of Imperial & Crenshaw in Inglewood. The project entails the demolition of certain portions of the center and the addition of new buildings and pads along with the redesign of the entire parking field.

Based on the highly trafficked intersection of Hollywood and across from the Metro Line, the Hollywood & Western project boosts over 40,000 sqft of retail development for two major anchor tenants with rooftop parking.

The project completed in 2016 is part of a major redevelopment area at the western edge of the City of El Monte, and a key component of the new downtown core that will tie the Valley Mall with new high-density housing developments. The 9-acre site will house over 112,000 sqft of retail development for the national market, apparel, restaurant, and shop tenants.

This urban infill project is a mid-20th century style retail commercial center of approximate 25,000 sq. ft. on 75,000 sq. ft. of land. The project consists of a ±16,000 sq. ft. specialty market along with ±9,000 sq. ft. soft goods retail and restaurants use.

Located in the heart of the Los Angeles premier shopping district and across the street from the Beverly Center, the existing shopping center is made up of four, two-story retail structures surrounding a four-story parking garage. The revitalization of the Beverly Connection encompasses the addition of two residential towers and integrating assisted care living, along with market-rate housing.
